Why are your trees different to a retailer?
This is a question we get asked quite a lot. With traditional retailers, they typically order trees in bulk as early as possible in the season. In order to maintain needle consistency and freshness it's critical trees are cut as close as possible to sale. Our trees are cut and shipped mid to late November every year. We also source from suppliers that use no pesticides during the tree growing process.
What are your delivery dates?
We have a delivery window starting November 30th and finishing December 20th We do this to deliver our trees as close as possible to the cut and ship date.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely, we believe in full transparency and want to create a special tradition for you and your loved ones. As soon as you order you will be given a confirmation email and the day before the delivery date at 3pm you will be given a live 1 hour tracking window.
How fast do you sell out?
Natural, high quality Christmas trees are typically difficult to source with our window of sale usually closing in a few weeks during late November/early December
Where are your trees from?
We source our trees from suppliers in Prince Edward Island, which is known for it's quality in producing consistent, high grade balsam firs.
Do you offer refunds?
Absolutely! This is our first year in business and our goal is happy customers that come back every year. All our trees are 100% refundable if you aren't happy

Yes! We have a fantastic referral program. Once you purchase we will send you a unique code to share with friends and family to give them 10% off. If anyone purchases you get 50% off the following year.
